Most of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel, which is durable, rust-resistant, and 100% recyclable. We also use recycled materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.

How do I find my ring size?

We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on every product page. You can use our printable sizer or measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own to ensure a perfect fit.

Does Vitaly jewelry tarnish or turn skin green?

No. Because we use surgical-grade stainless steel, our pieces will not tarnish, rust, or leave green marks on your skin, even with daily wear or exposure to water.
