At Vitaly, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original jewelry pouches and protective boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
